Bulk Change is a feature that allows you to make changes to multiple items at the same time. Administrators and stakeholders are able to access bulk change.

Quick Steps
Select the records that require changes. Select the white block that's located to the left of the title. Multiple records can be selected.
The Bulk Change button can be located in the top right corner of the page.
When you select it, a sidebar opens on the right-hand side of the screen.
Depending on the page you choose, you will see either one or two tabs: Properties and Actions.
The Properties tab allows you to edit details about the item, such as stakeholders, review dates, associated groups, tags, etc.
The Actions tab lets you perform actions that affect the item as a whole, such as changing its ownership, duplicating it, or transferring it to another company.
PROPERTIES
There's different options to choose from. Some properties only display some of these options:
Add New
Find and Replace - find a specific item in all of the selected records, and replace it with another
Replace All
Find and Remove - find a specific item in all of the selected records to remove
Remove All
Update
Replace
Once you've selected which step to take, another drop-down will appear with options to choose from.
ACTIONS
Select the action that you would like to perform and follow the prompts.
Only update the desired fields, moving between the Properties and Actions tabs.
Expand the Bulk Change Sidebar
The Bulk Change sidebar can also be expanded to cover the whole width of the page. To do this, simply click on the two arrows contained in a circle on the side of the menu to expand the menu as seen below.
To retract it back to its original size, click on the same button, of which the arrows will now face the opposite direction.
