Bulk Change Properties and Actions

This article explains what changes can be made in bulk

Only administrators and stakeholders can access this bulk change feature which is available on the following pages: Processes, Value Streams, Managed Documents, Attachments, Ownership Report, Approval Requests Report, Users and Roles.

Many different updates can be made using bulk change. The tables below indicate what properties and actions can be changed in each menu item.

All permissions apply:

  • Only manually added informees can be added and removed with bulk change. Read more about automatic and manually added informees. Automatically added informees will be added automatically when they are allocated to roles in the process.

  • 'Review Date' can only be changed on draft and approval declined statuses.

  • Only administrators and users with 'View Reports' permission enabled, can access bulk change in reports.

  • 'Publish to Process Library' action is only available when the company permission 'Process Library' is enabled.

Change logs and version increments will update as expected with any other changes.
