Read more about the RACI matrix.

Users can override the RACI assignment at the activity level.

The 'Informed' role cannot be overridden. All roles involved in the process are automatically informed of changes, and therefore will always have an 'Informed' entry.

To override RACI roles, users can select from existing Stakeholders (Owners, Experts, Authors) and Informees. These roles can be combined as needed for a specific activity. For example, both the Author and Owner may be assigned as Accountable for a given task.

If a role is not currently in use within the process, it must first be added as a Manual Informee. Once added, the role becomes available in the RACI override selector, ensuring it receives notifications about changes.

When a role's RACI assignment for an activity is updated, all previous assignments for that activity will expire. These can be manually reassigned if needed, except for the "Informed" role, which remains assigned to all stakeholders by default.
