Major Enhancements

Locked Status

We have introduced a new status called 'Locked'. While an object (process, value stream, managed document) has a locked status, it is treated as "Read-Only". The map, right-hand side diagram content menu and all information is visible but cannot be changed, not even by administrators or stakeholders.

This applies when an object is going through approval and ensures that no one can make accidental changes while stakeholders are still making their decisions.

When the object is opened, a pink chip will display at the top: 'Editing Locked'.

Locked Status is now available.

Software Systems (Coming 13 April)

The Software Systems feature solves these common questions by bringing everything together in one place:

  • Which systems are used the most?

  • How many employees use each system?

  • How many processes depend on a system?

  • What does each system cost us annually?

The Software Systems summary screen can be seen as a dashboard for your organisation’s software landscape.

ProcessPro Mobile App - Watch This Space!

A powerful new app is coming that will put everything you need right at your fingertips - wherever you are. Designed to be fast, intuitive, and effortless to use, it’s going to change how your organisation gets things done.

Fixed Bugs

  • PULSE-6908 Ensure there is always a path out of a gateway.

  • PULSE-6909 Display only the relevant stakeholder roles in the RACI Override.

  • PULSE-6911 Ensure attachment link validation does not drop the semicolon ":".

  • PULSE-6917 Fix an issue where duplicating a node could cause the system to run out of memory and fail.

  • PULSE-6918 Handle bulk remove of process author when author is already empty.
