Use the map padlock to unlock the map for editing and lock it afterwards.

The Map Padlock
As an administrator or a stakeholder on a process or value stream, you will see that padlock beside the zoom bar on the map. To keep your maps consistent, they are "Locked" by default. To make any changes, click the Padlock icon next to the zoom bar at the bottom of the map.
Locked: Items are fixed. This prevents accidental moves while you are viewing the map.
Unlocked: You can now click and drag items. When the map is unlocked, a grid will appear behind the nodes to help you line things up neatly.
