You can display form submission data on your company's or your own dashboard using the Main Dynamic Form widget.

Why Surface Submissions on a Dashboard?

Submissions stored away in a form's history are only seen when someone goes looking. The Dynamic Form widget brings that activity into the view your team already checks:

  • See the work happening - recent submissions show what has been completed without opening each form.

  • Spot gaps early - an expected flow of submissions that suddenly stops is visible on a dashboard in a way it never is in a history list.

  • Jump straight to the detail - clicking a submission opens its details directly.

What the widget shows

The widget displays recent form submissions, up to the limit you configure. Click a submission in the widget to navigate directly to the submission details.

Quick Steps

  • Open a dashboard and select the Edit Layout button.

  • Select the Add widget button and choose Main Dynamic Form from the Type dropdown.

  • On the Configuration tab, set the options listed below.

  • Select the green Save button. The widget displays on the dashboard.

  • Select the Done button to exit editing mode.

Configuration options

  • Company Scope: choose whether the widget uses data from the currently selected company or from all companies (Selected Company / All Companies).

  • Statuses: choose which form statuses to include submissions for.

  • Tags: limit the widget to forms carrying selected tags.

  • Limit: the maximum number of submissions listed.

Every widget also has common display options for the header, title, subtitle, help text and title styling. See Managing Dashboard Widgets for details.
