Assign a Task to a User from Feedback

Manage the progress of feedback records by creating, and assigning tasks to users.

Feedback can be added as a task that is assigned to a specific user to follow up. The user will receive a task in their task summary screen to action.

Quick Steps

  1. In the diagram content, click on the Feedback icon

  2. Click on the Assign User icon next to the feedback record

  3. Fill in the task details

  4. Assign the task to a user

  5. Click Add Task

Or, when a new feedback record is added, use the @ sign, and then select the user from the dropdown list. This will automatically create a task and assign it to the tagged user. Only One user can be assigned to a feedback record at a time.

How to re-assign a Feedback task

  1. Click on the Feedback icon

  2. Click on the Assign User icon next to the feedback record

  3. Change the assigned user

  4. Click Update Task

Replying to feedback

  1. Click on the Reply icon

  2. Add your comment

  3. Click Post

When a stakeholder replies to a feedback record, the user who submitted the original feedback record will be informed. If the user is an internal user, they will receive a notification in their notification summary screen. If they are an external user, and they entered a valid email address when adding the feedback record, they will receive a notification via email.
