Feedback can be added as a task that is assigned to a specific user to follow up. The user will receive a task in their task summary screen to action.
Quick Steps
In the diagram content, click on the Feedback icon
Type the @ sign in the feedback box. This will open a dropdown with all the users from which you can select the desired user to request feedback from.
Fill in the feedback details
Select the 'send' icon (paper jet)
Only One user can be assigned to a feedback record at a time.
How to re-assign a Feedback task
Click on the Feedback icon
Click on the Assign User icon next to the feedback record
Change the assigned user
Click Update Task
Replying to feedback
Click on the Reply icon
Add your comment
Click Post
When a stakeholder replies to a feedback record, the user who submitted the original feedback record will be informed. If the user is an internal user, they will receive a notification in their notification summary screen. If they are an external user, and they entered a valid email address when adding the feedback record, they will receive a notification via email.
