Manage Outstanding Tasks

Quickly find, and action, all your active and overdue tasks.

Users in ProcessPro receive tasks when there is an action that needs to be completed. Examples of tasks include approval, acknowledgement or adding details to items.

From the dashboard click on the Outstanding Tasks tile or click on the Tasks menu option in the left navigation menu. Both of these options will redirect to the tasks summary screen.

If you have access to multiple companies all tasks relating to all companies will be displayed.

Tasks are only displayed if their due date is within the next 30 days. Any tasks with a due date greater than 30 days will be hidden until they become active.

Overdue Tasks

All tasks have a due date and will become overdue once the date has passed.

Deleting Tasks

Users are only allowed to delete reminder tasks. A reminder task is added from the task summary screen.

Action a Task

Most tasks have some sort of completion action link to them. Click on the title of the task to see what actions are available for the specific task type.
