For users that have the create a process permission enabled, they can import a process from the global library. The company must have the global process library permission enabled for users to view the global process library.
Quick Steps
Open the process from the global process library
Click on the Import this process button
Select the group where you want to save the process to
Click Import
All roles, responsibilities, service roles and role families with their underlying roles will be imported to the company.
As an Administrator, you have the option to bulk import processes from the Library.

Click on the Bulk Import button
Select the group you want the processes saved to
Click Import
