Enable the Global Process Library

Get access to quality pre-defined processes for your organisation. This is a company setting that administrators can set.

As an administrator, you need to add the Global Library setting on the company details screen.

Quick Steps

  1. Open the Settings from the left navigation menu

  2. Click on the companies button

  3. Open the individual company detail screen

  4. Select or unselect the Global Library setting

  5. Click Update Company

Once the setting has been saved, the process library is available for that company. You might have to refresh the screen before the menu item is displayed in the left navigation menu.
