Access to a draft version is restricted to the stakeholders and administrators. All other users cannot access drafts. Users have the option to request access to view drafts which only administrators can grant.
When a user tries to access a draft, they will receive a message telling them that it is still being constructed. Three buttons are available:
Notify me when this process is published
Selecting this button ensures that they will be informed by receiving a notification when the item is published.
Request permission: View Unpublished Version
This is a user permission to view draft processes/value streams/managed documents. An administrator has to grant/deny this permission.
Go to dashboard
Select this to abandon the draft and go to the dashboard.
