Adding and Updating Feedback

Feedback is a valuable tool to communicate important information to improve, or add value, to a managed document, process or value stream.

Internal and external users of the managed document, process or value stream can submit feedback for the stakeholders to review.

Click on the Feedback icon in the diagram content and fill in your feedback details into the text box. Click on the green button to submit. The feedback will appear above all the other feedback records. Below the record will be the date the feedback was created, who created the feedback and the version number of the process or value stream at the time of submitting the feedback.

You can update the due date on the task and who the task is assigned to. To do this, click on the re-assign user button and make all changes required on the pop up. If you tagged the user into the description, the description will still contain the originally tagged user in the feedback task, however, below the task will be the updated user the task has been assigned to.

External users, who have received a quickview, need to enter a valid email address to submit feedback as they will be emailed when a user replies to their feedback.

To focus feedback on a specific area activities, notes and attachments can be associated into the feedback comments. Read more here...

Feedback may lead to a task needing to be completed. A task can be created and assigned to the relevant user. Read more here...
