As an <a href="https://help.processpro.io/en/articles/6320342">administrator</a>, you can transfer records between different companies in your organisation. Transferring a record is the same as copying it. The original record is retained in the source company. 

Follow <a href="https://help.processpro.io/en/articles/10899601-bulk-changes-explained">these steps</a> to perform a transfer or copy of records. Transfer and duplicate will be found under Actions in the Bulk Change sidebar.

FAQ: Why do I not see any companies when I select the external instance?

As this feature is a push mechanism, ProcessPro needs to establish a connection between the source and destination instances.  

Please contact ProcessPro support to set this up for you.
