Process Summary Screen Navigation

An explanation of the features on the process summary screen.

The toggle switches and filter bar can help simplify the search for processes that have been created in the company you are associated with.

Search/ Filter/ Toggle

You can change the order displayed list by clicking on the sort icons next to the heading you want to sort by. You can sort by titles, tags, owners, groups, and statuses in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order. Also, by review date and updated on in ascending or descending order.

Global search can be accessed when selecting the magnifying glass at the top of the page.

Select/ Deselect Records

To select a record, select the block that appears next to the title. A tick will appear in the box to indicate that it's been selected.

To deselect a record, select the block again. The tick will disappear to indicate that the records has been deselected.

To select all, select the block found next to 'Title' in the table headings. A tick will appear in that box as well as all boxes of the records that you are able to select on that page. A banner will appear that gives you the option to select all applicable records in the system.

When you deselect, each result page has to be deselected.

Add a New Process

To add a process you need to have the create process permission enabled on your user settings. You can add a new process by clicking on the green Add button and selecting the desired method to add a process:

  1. Add Process: this is to manually add a process

  2. Add Process - AI: Let AI build a process for you

  3. Add Process - Import: Let ProcessPro create a process for you from your imported document

Delete a Process

To delete processes you can select as many processes as you want and click on the delete button.

Open a Process Future State

You can open a processes future state by click on the icon beside the favourites icon.

You can also make the following changes to processes using the Bulk Change button:
