To access the shared processes settings you need to be an administrator.
Click on the settings in the left navigation menu and select Shared Processes.
You can use the filter bar to refine your search for a specific link. Click in the filter, enter keyword/s into the field and then press the enter button on your keyboard.
To open the item, click on the title and it will open in a new tab on your browser.
Selecting the description of the process, value stream or managed document shared link will display the quickview in a new tab. For more information on the quickview link settings, click here...
To delete, select the items in the list and click on the delete button. Once deleted, the link that has been shared will become invalid. You will need to generate a new quickview link.
Note: If an item is changed to private any existing shared links will be removed from this list. To re-create the quickview link for an item that was made private, you will need to make it public and click the share button again.
Note: Underlying process links within quickviews will not appear in this table. The underlying links are hidden links that are only valid for an hour after a user opens it. After an hour the user will need to reopen the link from the original quickview.
Note: The time and cost timeline will not be added to the quickview, even if it enabled on the current version.
