As a stakeholder, you can add, update or remove tags in bulk from within a process.
Two Ways to View Tags in the Diagram Content Menu
On the process steps tab, process tags display under objectives
Activity tags display under each activity title
Using the tags tab
from the diagram content menu, you can see a list of all the tags used in the process/value stream.Tags are listed alphabetically
The activity number and title will appear under each activity tag
'Process Tag' will appear under each process tag
A bin icon appear in each tag to allow deletion
Add New Activity Tags
A. When adding a new activity or process link
'Tags' will appear on the card with a box beneath it
Click in the box, a list of all existing activity tags will appear
Select the desired tag(s) or
To add a new tag, type it into the box and click 'Enter' or 'Tab'
Select the green update activity or update process link button at the bottom of the card
or
B. When updating an existing activity or process link
Edit the activity or process link via the diagram content menu/ spyglass/ double click on the node
On the Details tab, Activity Tags appear with a box beneath it
Click in the box, a list of all existing activity tags will appear
Select the desired tag(s) or
To add a new tag, type it into the box and click 'Enter' or 'Tab'
Select the green update activity or update process link button at the bottom of the card
Delete Tags
To delete the tag from the activities it is attached to, click on the delete icon (garbage bin) to the right-hand side of the tag name. A pop-up will appear to confirm the deletion of the tag. If you are sure that you want to delete the tag, click Yes.

Delete a tag when updating an existing activity or process link
Edit the activity or process link via the diagram content menu/ spyglass/ double click on the node
On the Details tab, Activity Tags appear with a box beneath it
Remove unwanted tag by selecting the cross before it
Select the green update activity or update process link button at the bottom of the card
Update Tags
To update the tag, simply click on the name of the tag. The update object tag box will open, edit the description of the tag as needed and when satisfied, click on the green update object tag button at the bottom of the pop up.
Activity tags can also be managed via Tags settings page.
