Enable the Allow Acknowledgement Permission

Enables the ability for stakeholders to request acknowledgement on managed documents, processes and value streams.

As an administrator, you can enable the allow acknowledgement permission in the administrator settings for a company. By enabling this permission, you enable the toggle and acknowledgement button to appear in the process actions tab.

Quick Steps

  • Click on the Settings in the left navigation menu

  • Click on the companies button

  • Click on a company name to open the company details

  • Select the Allow Acknowledgement permission from the settings dropdown

  • Click Update Company

Once the permission is set, stakeholders can request acknowledgement. While waiting for all users associated to the request to acknowledge, stakeholders can view the acknowledgement status within the item waiting for acknowledgement by clicking on the view acknowledgement progress button in the actions menu. Administrators can view an acknowledgment status report in the reports tab.

Administrators can also update the acknowledgement message.
