As an administrator, you can enable certain default settings on a company.
To access these default settings, navigate to settings on the left-hand navigation menu, select companies and then double click the company you wish to make changes to. Choose the defaults tab.
Pin Objectives
Switch the Pin Objectives toggle on (green) to enable this setting for the whole company. This ensures the objectives are visible at all times on the diagram content menu.
If this setting is not set, users will be able to select their own preference in their user profile.
Participation Filter
If this toggle is on, then a new user will have the I participate toggles on when they log in for the first time. This applies to the dashboard, processes, value stream and managed document summary pages.
A user can choose to turn these toggles off. This toggle only sets the preference for the first log in.
Set Email Frequency
Select the preferred frequency from the dropdown menu and save the changes.
If None is selected, users will still be able to set their preference in their user profile. To opt out of all task reminder emails on the company level, please contact support.
Timezone
Set the default company timezone. All new users will inherit this timezone as a starting point.
