Managed documents and processes (including Value Streams) may be closely related and can be linked to show the connection. Only administrators and stakeholders can associate these items.
Quick Steps to Associate a Managed Document with a Process or with Another Managed Document
Open the managed document that you want to link to
On the right-hand side, you will find
AssociationsSelect either Processes or Documents
Processes include all Processes and Value Streams
Documents include all Managed Documents
Click on the + button next to it
Select the item that you want to associate
The associated items will be listed on the right-hand side:
Under the Processes tab, the subtype will indicate either Process or Value Stream
Under the Documents tab, the subtype will indicate which managed document type
