Update and delete process tags and activity tags in bulk from the tags summary screen

Tags Summary Page

As an administrator, you can manage all tags in bulk from the settings page. Open the settings from the left navigation menu and select tags. A list of all tags in the current company you are working in will appear on this page.

Quick Steps to Access Tags Summary Page

  1. Settings

  2. Tags

On this page, all tags used in the company is listed. This include tags used in processes, value streams, activities, managed documents and attachments.

The number under each heading indicates the number of times the tag is used in that particular object.

  • Filter bar appears at the top of the page where tags can be searched

  • Export, Delete and Add buttons in the top right corner

  • Tags are listed

  • Headings can be sorted in ascending/descending order or alphabetically by clicking on them

  • Pages can be scrolled at the bottom

Quick Steps to Add a Tag

  1. Select the green Add button. Add Tag card will appear

  2. Type the title of the new tag

  3. Select Add Tag button

  4. The new tag will appear on the tags list

The system will not allow duplicate tags to be created.

Quick Steps to Delete Tags

  1. Select all the tags you want removed by clicking in the square before them

  2. Select the delete button

  3. A confirm deletion card will appear, click yes to confirm the deletion of the tags you selected

  4. Be careful when deleting tags as once they have been deleted, it cannot be undone

Quick Steps to Update Tags

  1. Select the tag title in the list. The update tag box will open

  2. Edit the title of the tag as needed

  3. Select the green update tag button

  4. Only the title can be updated and not where the tag is used. This has to be done within the object itself or on the object summary page using bulk change feature
