ProcessPro has a variety of settings (permissions) that either permit or prohibit specific actions.

Company Settings Available to Administrators

Administrators can hide all attachments within the directory.

Remove Attachments from the Directory

Get access to quality pre-defined processes. This is a company setting that administrators can enable.

Enable the Global Process Library

Enable the Smartsheet option in the export dropdown within a process or value stream.

Enable Export to Smartsheet

Enable the Asana option in the export dropdown within a process or value stream.

Enable Export to Asana

Enable the Microsoft Excel option in the export dropdown within a process or value stream.

Enable Export to Microsoft Excel

Enable the Kantata option in the export dropdown within a process or value stream.

Enable Export to Kantata

Enables users to approve or decline a request to publish a managed document, process or value stream from within the task itself.

Enable Allow to Approve from Task

Enables the Microsoft Planner option in the export dropdown within a process or value stream.

Enable Export to Microsoft Planner

Enables the process score tab within the diagram content menu.

Enable Display Quality Score

If desired, the org chart for an organisation can be disabled at company level.
