Managing Informees
Previously, informees existed only in managed documents. Informees are users who need to be notified about important changes. We've enhanced the management of informees by incorporating this feature into processes and value streams. Key updates include automatically adding all activity roles as informees, which cannot be removed. Any users linked to these roles or role families are automatically listed as informees. Additionally, extra informees can be manually added or removed. Note that informees will not appear in PDF exports or printed documents. API Reporting for Power BI Extract
The latest release enhances reporting capabilities by introducing robust API integration for PowerBI. This feature allows easy access to comprehensive data across users, processes, roles, documents, attachments, and value streams. With detailed insights on user activity, process performance, and role management, businesses can now leverage actionable data to drive informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency. We've added a grid to the map to make it easier for you to accurately place nodes when moving activities, process links, decisions, and swimlanes. This grid will guide you during the editing process to ensure everything is positioned correctly.
