Bulk Change Actions and Properties

This article explains what changes can be made in bulk

Only administrators and stakeholders can access this bulk change feature which is available on the following pages: Processes, Value Streams, Managed Documents, Attachments, Ownership Report, Approval Requests Report, Users and Roles.

Many different updates can be made using bulk change. The tables below indicate what actions and properties can be changed in each summary table on the system.

*All permissions apply:

  • 'Publish to Process Library' action is only available when the company permission 'Process Library' is enabled.

  • Only manually added informees can be added and removed with bulk change. Read more about automatic and manually added informees. Automatically added informees will be added/removed automatically when they are allocated to/removed from roles in the process.

  • 'Review Date' can only be changed on draft and approval declined statuses.

  • Only administrators and users with 'View Reports' permission enabled, can access bulk change in reports.

Change logs and version increments will update as expected with any other changes.
