Object Access

To view the number of objects (processes, value streams, managed documents, share links) a user accesses, the user list can be exported to CSV or Excel. A column, Total Object Access, will display this information. This object count does not split into different companies; it will count all object accesses across all companies.

  • List with Email Addresses: To view a list of user email addresses, the user list can be exported to CSV or Excel.

  • List with User Permissions: Because user permissions appear under the username instead of in a separate column, they can be viewed on this page but cannot be sorted. To enable sorting and further data analysis, export the sheet to Excel or CSV, where the user permissions appear in their own column.
