To access the user settings, you need to be an administrator.
Click on Settings in the left navigation menu and select Users.
If you have the View Global Company List permission enabled, you will see a toggle above the user list. The associated users' toggle allows you to see all active users within your current company.
Include Deleted/ Disabled Users in Your Search
All administrators and users with the View Global Company List permission can see the delete/ disable users' toggle. The toggle allows you to see all deleted/ disabled users within your current company.
Tip: To display only deleted users, switch the toggle on and type 'Deleted' in the filter bar.
Search
You can use the filter bar to refine your search for specific users. To use the filter bar, click on it, enter keyword(s) into the field, and then press the enter button on your keyboard. To read more about our enhanced search options, click here.
Change Log
To access the change log, click on the username and select the Change Log tab.
Create A New User
You can create new users by using the Add User button. Fill in the details. Choose whether to send a welcome email to the user's email, or not, by selecting the Send Welcome Email box. The user will be added to the list as soon as you click on the Add User button. If the Send Welcome Email box is selected the user will be sent an email to welcome them to ProcessPro and prompt them to create a password for them to access the system.

Delete/ Disable A User
You can delete a user, or multiple users, from the list by selecting the users and clicking on the Delete button. This will permanently remove the users from the roles, processes, value streams, attachments and companies they are associated to.
If a user was accidentally deleted, you can enable the user by selecting the user and using the bulk change, enable user feature. However, you will need to reassign all roles the user had again.
Update User Information
To edit an individual's details, click on the username to open the details screen. Update the relevant details and then click Update User. If you update your or another user's username, the user will be logged out and will need to log back in using their new username.
Roles Associated
To see all the roles that users are associated with, including role families, export the Users summary screen to CSV and Excel.
Bulk Changes
You can make changes to many users at once by using the bulk change feature.
Click on settings in the left navigation menu
Select users
Select all the users you want to update. Do this by selecting the empty block next to the user.
Click on the Bulk Change button
Select the changes to be made in bulk

If multiple users were selected, the changes will be made for all
You can make the following bulk changes:
Reset password
The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password to access ProcessPro again.
Enable/ disable users.
Disable a user's access to the ProcessPro system temporarily. This can be undone by enabling the user again.
If a user is accidentally deleted, administrators can enable the user to give them access to ProcessPro again.
Any roles that the user originally had before the deletion will need to be added again.
Set default company
You can associate a user with a specific company by using this setting. By doing this you are giving that user access to that company according to the user settings they have been given.

Send welcome email
Stakeholder functions (authors owners, experts) cannot be reassigned in bulk from the users settings page.
