There's Two Ways to Create a Process using SmartFlow (AI Tools)

  1. First method: Let SmartFlow create a process for you from almost any type of document that you upload

  2. Second method: Let SmartFlow create a process for you from a prompt (explained below)

Second method: Let SmartFlow create a process for you from a prompt

  1. Select AI Tools at the top of the process map

  2. Select Explore Process Ideas. Explore Process Ideas card will popup

  3. Your current process title will appear in the title field. This can be amended if needed

  4. Your current process objectives will appear in the Objectives field. This can be amended if needed. Objectives assist AI to understand your requirement. If you haven't set any process objectives yet, you can add them here. However, take note: objectives added directly in this card won't be saved as process objectives elsewhere - they will only be used for idea generation in this session.

  5. Select the number of steps required

  6. Include Roles in query result:

    • Toggle the switch ON to include roles

    • Toggle the switch OFF to exclude roles

  7. Directly import sections into this Process

    • Toggle the switch ON to import nodes directly onto the map

    • Toggle the switch OFF to create the process in the import panel and manually drag and drop onto the process map

  8. Click on the green Generate button

  9. The process will appear

If you opted to import the activities directly onto the process map, the process will appear on the map, after the last node of the existing process:

If you opted not to import the section directly onto the process map, the import panel will open, and the steps will appear there to be manually dragged and dropped onto the map, where the current process will still be:

Take Note

  • Triggers, inputs and outputs are merely suggestions. They can be manually associated with nodes or deleted if desired

  • ProcessPro makes use of OpenAI for our SmartFlow and AI features within the system. If OpenAI is experiencing issues, our features will be affected.
