Software System Costs

How the system calculates annual costs involved with each software system.

Written by Hylet Pistorius

ProcessPro uses tags and glossary terms linked to a system: It finds all objects and activities where the associated tags and/or glossary terms are used. Then it identifies the roles linked to those activities/objects. Next, it counts all users assigned to those roles.

The system multiplies the number of users by the cost per user set up for that system. Finally, it adds the fixed annual cost to calculate the Total Annual Cost.

This means the data stays up to date as processes evolve.
