Mobile App: Navigation

The mobile app offers a read-only experience, making important operational information available wherever it is needed.

Written by Hylet Pistorius

The app offers a view-only experience of all published processes and value streams, giving users quick access to important information, guidance, and work instructions needed to perform tasks correctly and consistently. With key operational knowledge available on the go, employees can stay informed and aligned wherever they are.

Processes and Value Streams

  • All your company's published/overdue processes and value streams are visible on the app.

  • All processes and value streams are listed A-Z. The last viewed object will appear at the top of the list.

  • It's very important to sync the process maps before they can be viewed. Do this by selecting the sync icon at the top right corner of the screen.

Visible Process Components

Almost all process components are visible in the mobile app. The table below outlines the few exceptions.

Note that Process steps in the mobile app correspond directly to the diagram content menu shown on the right-hand side of the desktop web app.
