Mobile App: Syncing

Sync your mobile app to see the latest process updates made on the desktop version/web app.

The mobile app is a view-only tool. All changes and updates are made using the desktop version.

Users should sync the mobile app before heading onto the floor to ensure the latest data is downloaded. Once synced, processes and value streams can be viewed entirely offline, making the app ideal for teams working in factories or locations with unreliable network signals. To help with regular syncing, an automatic, recurring background sync can be scheduled.

Important: to ensure access on the floor, the specific maps required for viewing must be synced in advance.


Quick Steps to Sync an Environment (Company)

  1. Select the hamburger/menu icon in the top left corner.

  2. Select the large Sync button. This will sync everything for the environment (company) you are in.

Quick Steps to Sync Within the Current Environment (Company)

  1. Select the hamburger/menu icon in the top left corner.

  2. Select Dashboard. A list containing all published processes and value streams within your company will display.

  3. Select the sync button in the top right corner. Your current environment will sync.


Quick Steps to Sync a Process Map

  1. Open the process. The process steps will display.

  2. Select the Map tab at the top.

  3. Select the sync button in the top right corner. The process map will sync.


Note

  • Manual syncing cannot be initiated when a background sync is in progress.
