Configurable Dashboards

Configurable Dashboards provide a flexible way to surface the information that matters most to individuals, teams, and the organisation. Dashboards are made up of configurable widgets that can display key metrics, tasks, charts, compliance information, links, notes, and other important data, helping users quickly access and monitor relevant information from a single location.

Users can create and personalise multiple dashboards by adding, editing, moving, resizing, and removing widgets to suit their needs. Dashboards can also be shared with other users and a personal default dashboard can be selected. In addition, administrators can create and manage company dashboards, ensuring important organisational information is visible to the right users while maintaining the flexibility for teams and individuals to customise their own workspace.

Below are two examples of configurable dashboards, each designed to highlight different types of information:

Transforming Process Mapping with Enhanced Gateways

Gateways can now be added, expanded, and removed directly on the map, making it easy to represent complex process flows while maintaining clarity and control.

A gateway can be added using any of the following methods:

  • Press ALT+G on the keyboard.

  • Hover over a connector and select the green plus icon.

  • Click the Add Gateway action button in the top-left corner of the map.

  • Select a plus icon from the diagram content menu on the right-hand side of the map.

Expand a Gateway using Drag-and-Drop

Each gateway is created with two default activities that can be edited as required. To expand the gateway, unlock the map and drag and drop additional activities into existing rows, or create new rows within the gateway:

Gateway Display in Swimlane View

In Swimlane View, a dedicated swimlane is automatically created for the gateway, bringing together all roles responsible for activities within that gateway:

Delete a Gateway

Gateways can be removed in two ways: users can delete only the gateway structure while retaining the activities it contains, or remove the gateway and all associated activities in a single action. This flexibility allows process maps to be refined without unnecessary rework.

Note

This is a preview of the upcoming functionality. As the gateway capability has been significantly updated, the revised help material will only be made available once the features have been officially released. The chatbot will also only be able to assist with these new features after release.
