Add or Remove User Permissions in Bulk

Adding or removing permissions can be applied to a single user or multiple users at once

As an administrator you can apply permissions in bulk to users by using the bulk change feature.

Quick Steps

  1. Click on settings in the left navigation menu

  2. Select users

  3. Select all the users you want to add, or remove, a permission to. Do this by selecting the empty block next to the user.

  4. Click on the Bulk Change button

  5. Select the Properties tab at the top

  6. Click on Permissions and choose the correct action from the options:

    1. Add

    2. Replace All

    3. Find And Remove

    4. Remove All

  7. Choose the relevant permissions in the second text box for the selected action

  8. Select the green Apply button

  9. If multiple users were selected, the permissions will be added or removed for all
