As a user logged into ProcessPro, you can only view processes, value streams and managed documents that have been published within your company.
You cannot create processes, value streams managed documents or attachments.
Only if you are an owner, author or expert, will you hold rights to edit. For more information on stakeholders, read here.
If the Allow to Share Processes permission is enabled, users can create shared quickviews of processes, value streams or managed documents that they have access to.
Users can print processes that they have access to.
A disabled user cannot access ProcessPro but can still be assigned to activities, tasks, processes and value streams.
