Major Features

Export a Process to Microsoft Planner

As a user you can export a process from ProcessPro to Microsoft Planner. This allows you to manage the execution of the process from Planner. Simply set up the link with Microsoft Planner using the steps defined here and use the export to Microsoft Planner button within a process. You can find out more about this feature here...

Receive Tasks and Notifications from ProcessPro within Microsoft Teams

ProcessPro tasks and notifications can now be received within Microsoft Teams. An administrator would need to first establish the connection between Teams and ProcessPro which is described here. To find out more about how this feature works you can read more here...

Create Process Quality Scores

As a stakeholder or administrator, you can evaluate your process based on the guidelines we have defined in our ProcessPro Scoring Rules article. These rules are only a guideline on how we at ProcessPro believe you should create the perfect process. The scores can be enabled or disabled on a company level, and if enabled also appear in the Process List report. Find out more on how to use this feature here...

Add Magnifying Glass on Activities to Display Activity Details

As a user, you can click on the magnifying glass that we have added to the nodes on the map to allow you to see all the attachments in one easy to see location. This allows you to pin point one node and complete all necessary information for that node before moving onto the next. To find out more about the magnifying glass, you can read more here...

Bulk Actions within a Process

We have added two new bulk actions for stakeholders to perform while they are creating or editing a process. The first bulk action allows you to reassign the roles assigned to activities. This removes the need to edit each individual node to change or add a role.

The second feature allows you to duplicate multiple activities and extract them to create a new process.

Enhancements

  • Hide path when user changes to Organisation Chart

  • Varying information being shown on set gateway options when decisions are involved

  • Ensure document upload error handling is consistent

  • Disable the request acknowledgement button on a future state

  • Acknowledgement tasks are listed as undefined in reminder emails

  • Remove the checkbox button from the notes formatter

  • Reset button on import options pop up requires a colour change in dark mode

  • Import users panel is not showing information in a small screen

  • Deleting/resetting a future state should ask for a confirmation

  • Retain loopback modifications when doing an external transfer

  • Allow parent roles to be removed from the update role and associate parent role pop ups

  • Allow approval activities to convert to a process

  • When all processes associated to a role are private, the role can be deleted, this should not be allowed as there are still processes attached to the role

  • When multiple users are associated to a process approval, when one user approves, only that user should have a completion tick beside their name

  • Users who post feedback and receive comments to this feedback are receiving duplicate notifications

  • Removing all settings from a company doesn't create expected change log entries

  • Users need to request access to offline processes twice as the process gets reinstated as a draft, the user does not get notified that the process is available for them to access until the process is published

  • Tooltips should always start with an uppercase letter

  • Change toggles for document summary screen

  • Export to Smartsheet with expired token fails with generic message

  • Implement user validation on add feedback link detection

  • Bin icon has been disabled for certain stakeholders

  • Separate the add buttons so that there is space between them in mobile view

  • Change color of links within notes where the object is deleted
