The Screen Recorder captures what you do - clicks, form entries, and navigations - but the auto-generated step descriptions are often brief or technical. ProcessPro's AI enhancement feature rewrites these descriptions into clear, professional instructions that are easy for anyone to follow.
How AI Enhancement Works
When you enhance a recording with AI, it will:
Analyse each step - the AI reviews the action performed and the context of the page.
Rewrites descriptions - technical actions like "Clicked button#submit" become "Click Submit to save your changes".
Adds context - the AI may add brief explanations of why a step matters.
Maintains sequence - the order of steps is preserved; no steps are added or removed.
Quick Steps
Complete a screen recording (see Recording a Screen Guide).
Open the recording panel.
Click Enhance with AI.
Wait for the AI to process all steps.
Review the improved descriptions.
Manually edit any steps that need further adjustment.
Note: AI enhancement uses the ProcessPro SmartFlow AI layer. The AI suggests changes, but you decide whether to keep them. Always review the output before importing.
When to Use AI Enhancement
Complex workflows - multi-step processes with many clicks benefit most from clearer descriptions.
Non-technical audiences - if your process guide is for users unfamiliar with the system, AI enhancement makes steps more accessible.
Quick documentation - when you need a polished guide fast, AI enhancement reduces manual editing time.
Note
AI enhancement works best with clear, sequential workflows - highly branched or conditional processes may need manual review.
The AI cannot infer intent - if a step's purpose is unclear from the captured action, the description may still be vague.
Enhancement is applied to all steps at once - you cannot selectively enhance individual steps.
