You must have the publish to global library permission enabled.

To request permission to publish to the process library, you need to ask your administrator. If your administrator does not have access, they need to contact ProcessPro Support to get the initial access.

Only draft and published processes can be sent to the global library. This library is not the same as the library you see on your dashboard. Publishing to the global library makes your process available to other companies.

Quick Steps

  1. Open the process you want to publish. You must be a stakeholder or administrator with correct permissions

  2. Open the actions menu

  3. Click Publish to global library

  4. Select the group on the library where you would like to save the process

  5. Click Publish

Process links that are attached to the start and end points when published to the library will be removed and will not remain attached to the start and end points.

If a process has primary stakeholders set prior to publishing to the library, the primary stakeholders will be removed when published and will not be set again when imported.
