Open the global library from the left navigation menu options. The library is controlled by permissions, if you cannot see the process library, an administrator will need to enable the global library permission for your company.
The filter bar can help simplify the search for items in the library list.
Expand/collapse groups
Double-click on the folder to expand/collapse
Click on the arrow next to the folder to expand/collapse
Click on the Expand/Collapse All button to expand/collapse all the folders at once
As an administrator, you can bulk import processes from the library. To do this select the processes you want and click on the Bulk Import button. Choose the group you want to save the processes to and click Import.
To view a process, double click or right click to open it. A quickview will open in a new tab. As a user you can import the process from the quickview.
As a user you can publish to the process library, but only if you have the publish to global library permission enabled.
