To access your profile settings, click on your profile icon at the top right of the page.

You can collapse the profile personal settings list by clicking on the arrow above the list. While the list is collapsed you can still navigate to the different items on the list by hovering your mouse over the 3 dots and selecting the setting you need. To expand the list again, simply click on the arrow.

In the profile section you can update your profile by changing your avatar and updating your first and last name, and your email address. You can also view your allocated roles and the company you are associated to. Your current username is also visible but cannot be updated unless done by an administrator.

In the change password section, you can update your password. By doing this you will be changing the password that you use to access the system when logging in.

In the security settings section, you can retrieve your ProcessPro API key or view your SmartSheet, Asana or Kantata Access Tokens.

In the configuration settings section, you can personalise how often you receive email reminders for tasks. To change the look, you can switch between dark and light mode and choose whether to pin the objectives to the diagram content menu or not.

The about section shows you the application version, published date, SQL server version, database name and database server.
