User Profile and Personal Settings

Update your profile, password and user configuration settings. Understanding what the security settings are used for.

To access your personal settings, click on your profile icon at the top right of the page.

Light/Dark mode

Toggle the Dark Mode switch on to switch to dark mode and off to switch to light mode.

Personal Setting

Select personal settings to:

  1. update your profile (personal details)

  2. Change password

  3. View Security documentation

  4. Update configuration (see below)

  5. Access information about ProcessPro (see below)

Configuration

  1. Set the frequency to receive email task reminders. If your company has opted to manage it on a company level, the option will be locked for editing.

  2. Toggle between light and dark mode.

  3. Enable/disable the display of the process map overview box on your map.

  4. Enable/disable the display of the preferences button on your map.

  5. Pin/unpin process objectives to the top of the procedural steps in the diagram content menu.

About

The about section shows you the application version, published date, SQL server version, database name and database server. Terms and Conditions as well as Software Licence can be viewed on this page.
