Major Features

Enhance speed and search features throughout ProcessPro

We have been working tirelessly to improve the speed and scalability of the system to make it faster and easier to use for all users. We have improved the filters on all screens to allow all columns to be searched within the tables. A filter bar has been added to the dashboard, task and notification pages. These changes will mostly go unnoticed, however we hope this makes the system easier for all to use.

Print all linked processes with their associated value stream

You may now select whether to print all underlying processes that are a part of the value stream. To find out how, click here...

Add an autofit button

A full view of a process or value stream map can be accessed by clicking on the 'Zoom to Fit' button beside the zoom bar at the top of the map. When selected, the map will zoom in or out and centre the map to the available map space. When a user opens another map, the map will be zoomed to fit and centred. Add an author to attachments

As a user with the add attachment permission, when creating an attachment in the summary screen or within a process, you will be assigned as the author. This allows you update the attachment when needed without needing to be the owner of the attachment. To find out more about attachments, click here...


Additional Features

Allow users to 'Select All' when using bulk options within a process map

Stakeholders or administrators can use the checkbox in the diagram content menu and select the 'Select All' button to check all available. This allows the editor to apply bulk changes to all available nodes without having to select each individually. To find out more and how to use it, click here...

Allow role cost per hour to be edited within the time and cost analysis screen

Administrators or stakeholders (with the create roles and view cost analysis permission) can open the time and cost analysis screen to update cost per hour for roles used within the map. This allows changes to be made when looking at costs, rather than changing screens and losing your position. To find out more about the time and cost analysis, click here...

Allow stakeholder to update attachments within a process

Stakeholders of processes/value streams have the ability to edit an attachment if they are also a stakeholder on the attachment or an administrator. When editing an uploaded attachment in a process or value stream, you can choose whether to create a whole new uploaded attachment or replace the current upload within the attachment. Display all companies' tasks and notifications for a user

Users can now see all their tasks and notifications from all their available companies. Filter bars have been added to the task and notification summary screens to help filter for specific items. Click on the following links find out how to action individual tasks and notifications.

Allow row labels to update when moving an activity to a new row in a gateway

As a stakeholder, you can update a row label while moving an activity to a new row. If you do not change the row label, the current label will follow the activity to the new row. To find out more about setting gateways and row labels, click here...

Include a reason for deleting processes

As a stakeholder or an administrator, you can delete a single or multiple processes, policies or value streams. Instead of confirming that you want to delete the item, we have now made it compulsory to add a reason for deletion before proceeding. To find out more, click here...


Enhancements

  • Allow review dates to be set when creating attachments

  • Add Stripe dashboard access from ProcessPro

  • Revamp image and video previews to show correctly in a pop up on the current tab

  • In the process list and ownership report filters, role families and service roles can now be selected from the stakeholder dropdown

  • Allow users to exit out of creating a new group by clicking esc on their keyboard

  • When stakeholders on a process, value stream or policy are changed by a user, check if that user is still allowed to access/edit the item

  • Allow spell checking on TinyMCE editor for notes and objectives

  • Move the tooltips on the update attachment's display tab so they do not cover the toggle buttons

  • Allow access to processes, policies or value streams from within the approval request report by selecting the approval request title and clicking on 'Go to item'

  • Add authors to the printed PDF

  • Update icons to ensure consistency with left navigation menu, directory and search

  • Create role families when importing processes with role families from the global library

  • Ensure users have consistent permissions when their user is updated

  • Allow add decision modal to select process start/end and gateway start/end points when linking to an existing activity

  • Enable the ability to delete a future state when in an offline process

  • Change the look of loopback descriptions on the process and printed pdf

  • Enable hyperlink on TinyMCE for notes and objectives

  • Allow private processes, value streams and policies to display in association dropdown

  • Allow 'Go to Value Stream' button to generate originating value stream

  • Add a change company button to the 'Not Found' screen when a process, policy or value stream is accessed but originates from a different company

  • Remove the magnifying glass from nodes on printed PDFs

  • Attachment group now uses the process group it is created in

  • Add warnings on the display preview toggles when uploading files that do not have previews

  • Update the version number when convert to process and set progress operations are performed

Fixed Bugs

  • Refresh summary screen list when filter is cleared or removed

  • Unable to search for instances and request an email on 'Find Your Instance'

  • Alt-T not working to add a new task during completion of an external request for details

  • Process start and end points not showing linked processes

  • When using the import panel and creating tasks on an activity, tasks are being updated to the process title name after being edited instead of keeping the edited information

  • Incorrect warning message showing when toggling on the display in pop up for a mailto

  • Incorrect warning showing when a document is uploaded without a title

  • Business continuity removal is not recognised as a change so update button remains inactive

  • Unable to create roles within a process

  • Magnifying glass expands below the screen when a note is closed

  • Future state showing unassigned roles warning incorrectly when publishing

  • Link type and tags added to change log incorrectly when updating a links URL

  • Separators for mailto are not working as expected

  • Duplicating a decision with an existing activity does not keep the loopback to the existing activity

  • When converting an activity with a long task list, a '`' shows in the list ordering

  • Process map replaced by value stream when edit value stream and the convert to activity (external) is used

  • Bulk change menu, on summary screens, is hidden behind left navigation menu on smaller screens
