Enhancements to User Selection Across Companies
We've improved how users are selected when assigning tasks, feedback, and other actions across companies. These enhancements make it easier to collaborate across your available companies, regardless of which one you're currently working in:
Select users across companies: You can now select users who have the current company in their available companies list, even if they are not currently working in that company.
Task visibility and editing: Reminder tasks can now be created for users with access to the company. Once created, these tasks are visible and editable from any company the user has access to.
Feedback flexibility: You can assign feedback to users who have access to the current company. They can complete the related task from any company, and they will be navigated to the correct screens.
Improved stakeholder selection: Stakeholder dropdowns now include users who either have the current company in their available companies list or have the “View Global Company list” permission.
These changes make assigning work and collaborating across companies more seamless and intuitive.
Introducing SmartFlow - AI Process Builder and Optimiser
We’re excited to introduce ProcessPro SmartFlow, an AI-powered process builder that helps you create, optimise, and document business processes more efficiently.
Turn a document into a process automatically – Upload a document, and our AI will analyse it to create a process for you.
Get smart suggestions for your managed documents – When you upload a document to your managed documents, our AI will read it and suggest relevant processes to link it with.
These are just the first steps for SmartFlow. We’ll continue to expand its capabilities in future releases to deliver even more powerful, intelligent support for your process design.

Speed and User Experience Enhancements
We’ve optimised several areas of the program to make your experience smoother and more efficient. Summary screens load faster and there's better sorting on object summaries. These enhancements all add up to a more responsive and user-friendly experience.
Improved Import Staging Area
The import staging area now includes new features such as a search option to quickly find specific activities. Validation messages are now clearer when permissions are missing, and the screen stays in place when focusing on content.
Making Allow Map Expansion available to all clients
Previously map expansion had to be enabled for your company upon request. This is now available by default. Map expansion allows a user to expand process links to view the associated process directly on the map that they're currently viewing. To disable map expansion for your company, reach out to our support team.
Enhancements
Enhance the sorting of items in the Directory view. It's now possible to move processes above sub-groups.
Add a date range filter to the system engagement report.
Align wording for the global library.
Allow child role allocation on the roles detail.
Add a column for sorting the process group in the feedback summary report.
Refine the design of the stakeholder tab on the diagram content menu, with names now showing under roles.
Configure editable properties on users' bulk change sidebar.
Update activity types in the import panel.
Prevent navigation to non-existent process links.
Include Excel template files (.xltx) as valid attachments.
Technical Enhancements
Upgrade TinyMCE to version 7.0.
Fixed Bugs
Prevent alternate path line movement in a shared link.
Change sidebar to diagram content menu and partial to popup.
Ensure the correct type is displayed under the title in the shared processes information found in settings.
Ensure roles that are part of dynamic role families are included in role reassignment on the ownership report.
Remove pipes from managed document type when duplicating documents.
Prevent removal of objectives when creating a new owner role.
Correct display of roles in the role summary to avoid showing numbers.
Fix overdue search to return correct results.
Restore missing fields in Process API object type retrieval.
Fix connector lines and alternative paths when duplicating processes.
Prevent movement of alternate paths by users.
Ensure new users receive acknowledgement requests.
Prevent status change to draft when updating attachments.
