Add  | Found in the diagram content menu or the add task pop up. This icon allows users to add more steps into the process or value stream, add more tasks into the task pop up or add inputs, triggers and outputs. |
Assign or reassign feedback  | Found on the right side of a feedback record. Use this icon to assign or reassign a feedback task. |
Automated activity  | Found on the activity nodes in process or value stream maps. This indicates that the activity is an automated activity. |
Bulk actions  | Found when the checkbox is selected in the diagram content menu. This allows you to make changes to all those that are selected. |
Checkbox unselected  | Found beside nodes when the toggle at the top of the diagram content menu has the select activated. This allows you to select multiple nodes to perform bulk actions. |
Checkbox selected  | Found beside nodes when the toggle at the top of the diagram content menu has the select activated. This shows which nodes have been selected to perform bulk actions on. |
Close  | Found in all pop up screens. This allows you to close the pop up. You can also use esc on your keyboard. This icon also allows you to remove filters. |
Dashboard  | Found in the left navigation menu. Click on this icon to be directed to your dashboard. |
Database activity  | Found on the activity nodes in process or value stream maps. This indicates that the activity is a database activity. |

Attachments  | Found in the left navigation menu. Click on this icon to be directed to your attachment summary screen. This icon also shows attachments in the diagram content menu. |
Drag and drop  | Found in the diagram content menu. Can be used to drag and drop nodes into a new position. |
Edit  | Found in items to edit their information. |
Controls  | Found in the diagram content menu. Use this icon to change the details of an activity, decision, process link, inputs, triggers or outputs, tasks, notes and attachments. |
Expand/Collapse side menus 
| Found on both the left navigation menu and the right diagram content menu. Click on the staggered bars to expand/collapse the menus. |
Export  | Found at the top of a process. This allows you to export to several different applications. |
Favourite selected  | Found in most data tables. This icon allows you to favourite a process, value stream, managed document or attachment as a favourite to make it more accessible in your dashboard. |
Favourite unselected  | Found in the most data tables. This icon allows you to unselect a process, value stream, managed document or attachment from your favourites. |
Feedback  | Found in the diagram content menu. Change to the feedback tab to add, reply or reassign feedback. |
Filter  | Found at the top in the filter bar of most pages. This icon allows you to activate the filter/search bar to help refine searches for particular items. |
Future state  | Found in the diagram content menu within a published process that has had a future state created. |
Gateway  | Found in the diagram content menu. This icon shows you that a node is part of a gateway. |
Gateway activity selected  | Found in the set gateway options pop up. This appears when a node has been selected to be added into the gateway. |
Gateway activity unselected  | Found in the set gateway options pop up. |
Help  | Found in most pop ups. Opens a help article for page specific help. |
History  | Found in the diagram content menu. This icon directs you to the history records. |
Import a word document  | Found in the diagram content menu. This icon opens the import panel for you to load certain documents or to generate information with AI. |
Inputs  | Found in the diagram content menu. This icon indicates that the activity has inputs attached to it. |
Item selected  | Found on all pages with data tables. If you select this box you can perform bulk actions to all the items you have selected. |
Item unselected  | Found on all pages with data tables. This is the default display of this icon. Click the box to select multiple items for bulk changes. |
Logout  | Found by clicking on your profile in the top right. This icon will log you out of ProcessPro and you will need to log in again. |
Notifications  | Found in the left navigation menu. This will direct you to all the notifications you have received. |
Gear  | Found in the diagram content menu, beside an activity title. This allows you to update an activity, set alternate path options, set gateway options and delete an activity. |
Organisational Chart  | Found in the left navigation menu. This will direct you to the organisational chart. |
Outputs  | Found in the diagram content menu. This icon shows that there are outputs attached to the activity. |
Pin objectives  | Found to the right of the objectives description. Pin them to the diagram content menu in a process or value stream to keep them accessible at all times. |
Processes  | Found in the left navigation menu. This will direct you to the processes summary screen. |
Process library  | Found in the left navigation menu and directs to the library page. |
Reply to feedback  | Found on the right side of a feedback record. Click on this icon to reply to a feedback record. |
Reports  | Found in the left navigation menu for administrators or those with permission. |
Settings  | Found in the left navigation menu for administrators only. |
Share 
| Found above the title. Generate a quickview link to share a process, value stream or managed document with internal or external users. |
Sort  | Found in all pages with data tables. Use this icon to sort data in the tables. |
Sort high to low  | Found in all pages with data tables. This icon displays data from highest to lowest (Z-A, newest - oldest date). |
Sort low to high  | Found in all pages with data tables. This icon displays data from lowest to highest (A-Z, oldest - newest date). |
Stakeholders  | This can be found in the diagram content menu. This icon will change the menu to display all the stakeholder that have been assigned. |
Static activity  | Found on the activity nodes in process or value stream maps. This indicates that the activity is a static activity. This is the default type if none is selected. |
Submit feedback  | Found at the bottom right side of the feedback text box. Click on this icon to submit feedback. |
Tags  | Found in the list of menus in the diagram content menu. This icon shows you all the tags that you have within your current process and what activities they are linked to. |
Tasks  | Found in the left navigation menu. This will direct you to all your tasks. |
Time and cost analysis 
| Found in the diagram content menu. Change the tab to view the time and cost analysis that has been created and calculated for the process. |
Triggers  | Found in the diagram content menu. This icon indicates than an activity has a trigger attached to it. |
Toggle off  | These toggles allow you to change the way the summary screens display your items. |
Toggle on  | These toggles allow you to change the way the summary screens display your items. |
Unpin and objectives  | Found to the right of the objectives. Click on this icon to allow the objectives to scroll with the action steps on a process or value stream page. |
Value streams  | Found in the left navigation menu. This will direct you to the value stream summary screen. |
